im upset and disgusted, but i still believe losing is in their heads and they dont know how to get it out.

there is a difference between bad and playing bad. but the outcome of both is losing.

I'm sure the coaches and players hate this a lot more than we do. I'm not gonna 'slam' any of em. Hell, they gave us a national championship LAST YEAR! These guys are the LSU TIGERS! Win or lose, I support them 100% and even if they don't get to Hoover, I'll be there with my purple cap on. Sure it's disappointing, very much so. But considering what is going on in our Gulf of Mexico, I can think of many other people to slam rather than jumping on a group of college baseball players.:geauxtige

WOW....really?? If we have so much going on in the Gulf then why are you wasting your time in here reading (and degrading) our posts?

Tell me what we can do to help the oil in the Gulf right now so we can quit wasting our lives talking about our favorite baseball team's total collapse of never seen before proportions and get to work?

Holla at your Prez about the Gulf or the Nashville situation....heck...it's probably just going to be swept under the rug as "George Bush's fault" anyway. :usaflagwa

was at the game today. never should have been in the position we were in. at one point we had left 12-13 men on base with at least 6-7 in scoring position with 0 or 1 out. this is a young team that has lost its way. can't hit their way out of a paper bag right now.

Well, the good news is that the Tigers have MSU at home this weekend. MSU has lost something like their last twelve SEC games. They have been swept like the last four weekend series. Kentucky, Ole Miss, Vandy, and I think Arkansas. USM beat them something like 18-3 in Pearl, Ms. Certainly the Tigers can take two of three, if not a sweep. MSU eased by some small school in a midweek game or would be riding something like a 15 game losing streak, if I am not mistaken. Their coach keeps saying "we are real young. These pitchers are freshmen." I bet Ron Polk is laughing his butt off right now. He adamently did not want this guy for the coach. He had reccomended someone else that MSU's new AD would not hire. Polk was pissed and let it be known.:tigbas:

Dude, I didn't say a word about you or your freakin posts. I simply stated MY opinion. If you have a problem with that, then so be it.

It's only fair, when you consider that our Baseball National Championship made the pains of the football team over the last 2 seasons be less painful. Oh wait, that didn't happen. We were still in pain. Oh well, football still needs to make us forget the pains of this baseball season.
