    6th richest contract in MLB history. I saw an interview he did. He said he wanted to stay in the Bay area.

    You might be giving them a little more credit than I am. Right now, they have 1 all-star pitcher, and 1 VERY one dimesional has-been hitter. Other than that, they are a bunch of has beens and never will be's.

    he is celebrating his team's world series title from last year...

    i remember him declaring it over and done with back in July-Aug, so i just stopped watching baseball after that...

    he was right, wasn't he?

    Yeah, the Cardinals traded away their catcher Molina to the Mets and he came back to haunt them by hitting a game winning 2 run homer in the 9th in the deciding 7th game. Mets went on to blow out the hapless Tigers.
