If socialism is sooo great then why do people leave their homes and pile in a small boat with nothing, holding on to their kids for dear life, and tries to cross shark infested waters to get away from it? Why did they try and climb a wall , while under threat of machinegun fire, to escape from it? Why do walls and fences have to be put up to keep people from trying to escape? The reason why is that socialism is the product of a large, powerful government. Every time government becomes too powerful it becomes a tyranny. The reason why government can get powerful enough to become that tyranny is that the population figures out it can vote itself money from the treasury. The politicans that promise the money get elected. Eventually one party takes control such as the communist or Nazi party. Once that happens there is no opposition to whatever the party leaders want just as in venezeula. Socialism turns into tyrannies. If it takes hold here we run a risk of losing our freedoms. Socialism sounds good but America is the most successful country ever to exist. Capitalism produced this. Socialism will ruin it all. Look at our debt as the example of how. The richest country on earth can't pay it's bills because of socialist style entitlement programs. How democrats can't see this amazes me. People are so self centered that they don't care if the country goes bankrupt or if their grandkids will live in a bankrupt America as long as they get their check.
Only nobody is promoting socialism. Not the democrats for sure. Its a tired Republican scare tactic that nobody has paid any attention to for some time. It's the new McCarthyism.
Liberals hate when the truth is exposed and this is right on the money. They also absolutely hate having the "poor" in their schools and communities. If you truly want to break down borders in poverty, racism, education, etc....then lead by example and integrate these groups into YOUR communities before trying to force "social justice" on the nation. ...and while they're at it, start walking or riding a bike if you believe in the "manmade" global warming myth. Put your money where your carbon footprint is! :thumb:
Yeah. I'll make a case. Barry Phucquing Hussein Obummer. In the face of unsustainable debt, historically high deficits, 3 wars and $4.00 a gallon gasoline, he's going around the country pissing and moaning about the wealth gap.
