Dude, really, you need to go to Cleveland just once and it will change your mind almost instantly. The people IN CLEVELAND refer to that stadium as "The Mistake by the Lake"

I've never been to Detroit but it is the only big city I could imagine would compare in shittyness

One of the best sports quotes ever:

“To tell the truth, I’m not excited to go to Cleveland, but we have to,” Ichiro said through an interpreter. “If I ever saw myself saying I’m excited going to Cleveland, I’d punch myself in the face, because I’m lying.”

Dallas & Houston are 2 of the fastest growing cities in the US. Everyone (including myself) is moving there because there are lots of job opportunities and the economy is doing a lot better. All the major companies are leaving Cleveland (Mid-west) in general and headed south. Plus the food is way better and weather (duh) and Houston is 45 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. Lake Erie is nothing to be proud of, and I would most definitely not recommend ever swimming in it.

I never knew Ichiro said that, but he is now one of my heroes.

    Cleveland fans are awesome.
LeBron James (future Hall of Famer)

And then 45 years later, as I finished my
career in the great city of Cleveland,
that was another great way to end my
career, going to the World Series.
    Dave Winfield (Hall of Famer)

I have enjoyed the years enormously in
    Cleveland
    Art Modell (NFL)

I love the normalcy of Cleveland.
    There's regular people there.
    Drew Carey

In Cleveland there is legislation moving
forward to ban people from wearing
pants that fit too low. However, there is
lots of opposition from the plumber'
    union.
    Conan O'Brien

    (Oscar winner and Cleveland native)
Paul Newman's an old friend of ours out
of Cleveland, Ohio. He used to sit
around our house. He's the only man
I've ever known to drink a case of beer
    all by himself. That's talent...
    Lew Wasserman

In Cleveland, I'm so fortunate that we're
surrounded by farms with an endless
    variety of beautiful vegetables.
    Michael Symon

Yeah, I think there are a lot of things
about Cleveland that I miss. Los Angeles
is a funny place to live.
    Monica Potter

Cleveland is the place I grew up and
lived much of my adult life, so it will
always be a part of my soul.

CLEVELAND - Greatist.com named Cleveland one of the best places for new college grads. No. 7 place. Beertown U.S.A. Gave us the title after taking a few sips of the suds at Great Lakes Brewing Company, Thirsty Dog and Willoughby Brewing. Block parties, Cleveland ranks sixth ...
    Other things 20-somethings factored into
    their top choices: sustainability, efficient
    transit systems, cleanliness, and affordability.
    Some added walkability of streets,
prevalence of gyms, and overall well-being.
Number of happy hours, zoos and places to
    booze were reasons, too.

THE 20 BEST CITIES FOR 20-SOMETHINGS
    1. Albuquerque, NM
    2. Austin, TX
    3. Boston, MA
    4. Boulder, CO
    5. Burlington, VT

    7. Cleveland, OH
    8. Dallas, TX
    9. Denver, CO
