While all 100% of the latest mock drafts i saw had Mingo top 15, pretty much none of them had him going at #6 They had him at... 3/6/6/7/7/7/8/8/9/9/9/9/9/9/9/9/9/9/9/9/9/9/9/9/11/12/13/13/13/13/13/13/13/15/15 Bravo Barkevious Mingo, Bravo!!!
I would rather live in West Monroe & Baton Rouge than Cleveland. Few people in the South actually want to move up to the north and if they were to, it definitely wouldn't be a city like Cleveland. I moved from Baton Rouge to Toledo, OH and I didn't enjoy it. It grew on me but living in the South is just so much better. Cleveland is just a gloomy and depressing city on the decline, like most Mid-west cities.
Well, i certainly hope Mingo gets paid enough to afford a shotgun to kill himself with, and i hope he knows to stick in his mouth first aiming at his Medulla oblongata rather than just pointing the nuzzle at his face
You seem to be taking this a bit personally. I can't believe you tried to compare living in Cleveland to Dallas/Houston, that is ridiculous. It's a simple fact that most people would rather live in a city not named Cleveland. Relax.
Tiger_fan has split personalities, one day he is the ultimate stat master, bringing great information to the board (which by the way is greatly appreciated). And since this thread has opened the other personality seems to be that of Drew Carey. Mingo is rich, he got drafted 6 overall, he has alot to be proud of, but even Lebron James a guy from Ohio, said fuck this place and took less money to go somewhere else. Cleveland is a shit hole, and it's where dreams of championships come to DIE!!!!
Might be an obvious observation but haven't seen it mentioned that "Bark"evious will be playing for a franchise known for their "Dog Pound" fans. If he can be a guy that is among the league leaders in sacks, he'll be a fan favorite.
Also just occurred to me that you could make a play on that old Bingo song with M-I-N-G-O and Mingo was his name, yo. Might be the perfect fit for him.
I haven't been to Cleveland, but i have been to Houston and Dallas. What could they offer that Cleveland doesn't have? Better TexMex and.opportunities to learn Spanish? At least Cleveland sits right on the shore of a Great Lake (Erie). What do Houston and Dallas sit on the shore of? A vast sea of suburban sprawl?
They have to be going nuts over the new 3-4 defense they are installing in Cleveland with brand new players Mingo at one OLB and Paul Kruger (9 sacks last year) at the other OLB. They're going to start calling Cleveland "Sack City"
