UofI is my 2nd favorite team in CFB after LSU since my high school days in Muscatine.The Town sucked but the distance is relatively close (30-40 miles) to Iowa City so going was never an issue. I played at Muscatine High, 4A ball in the MAC, we sucked ass... Bettendorf won State my junior year on the coattails of Tavian Banks legs, and I believe Tim Dwight played at Iowa City High... we only met in the State All-Star game... both of them together was a sick combo.
Call me crazy but isn't this thread just the pot calling the kettle black? We don't exactly have a brutal schedule next year.
True but it is about time we have a decent SEC schedule. Our schedules have been brutal the last few years.
Maybe LSU powers that be are tired of having the schedule being such a disadvantage year in and year out.
Don't get me wrong, I am not talking against our schedule. My issue remains about pot calling the kettle black on the 2014 schedule. I do believe that if LSU coaching can get us out of our defensive slump we will be a force to contend with next year.
