The helmet to helmet should have been 15 yards, no suspension. My sincere suggestion for future reference, would be for all QB's heading to the d-guy, at least somewhat curious as to what will happen to that doggone ball that just got intercepted, look both ways before crossing heavy traffic areas. And let's be safe out there guys.
if it was the olineman he passed en route to Murray, i might buy that. but QBs are supposed to be off limits unless they're actually trying to make a play on the returner. ole by sought out Murray and crushed him. 15 yd penalty, and a suspension. and i would say that regardless of teams involved in the play. if this was the NFL, he could also expect a $50k fine.
This is the argument. No decision yet and it's been a while. Longer it's goes, the more I doubt anyone can logically explain that his intent was not to get involved in the play.
