II just read on one of the BAMA football forums where someone was congratulating Saban for HIS players winning US a championship and how proud he must be watching them on tv this weekend. Yeah, I know what Saban was thinking: "I shouldn't have left". Gee, those Bammers are annoying. But, it was fun reading on their board how they are imploding and turning against each other.:geaux:
To be honest, anyone watching the SECCG who knows the tigers would have seen Mile's players all over the field. We were getting 2 and 3 deep in some positions due to injury and still playing at a very high level. I am pretty confident that LSU program is very DEEP with talent 75% of it has been brought in by Miles.
That's exactly right, but you know that a lot of LSU fans still believe that he's winning with Saban's players...I don't believe that, cause when Saban recruited them, nobody knew that they would become the winningest class in LSU history, and that was done with CLM as the head coach.
And that's really all that matters. Tell them gumps they can come and see the SEC Championship trophy any time. And in a little over a month they can come and see the Crystal trophy that will have the final few Miles doubters saying Saban Who?
I don't care what they say. Hester said it best when he stated "we were the young pups he yelled at." Or something such as that. Miles has had these guys for 3 years- that is over 1/2 of their career. They are his. He is their daddy.
Eff Bama. Shouldn't they be worried about playing Colorado in the Cereal Bowl? Seriously, let them cling to whatever they feel they need to cling to.
