Nope. We just don't like Bama. Is that really so hard to process?

Them being coached by our former coach obviously increases the animosity. And for Gumps to act like they wouldn't feel the same way is disingenuous and self-serving.

But let me spell it out for you: we're coming off a NC, we're about to pull in one of the best recruiting classes in history, we actually won our bowl game (convincingly, and as an underdog), and we're fixing to name a veritable SEC legend as DC. If you somehow thinks that makes us envious of you, I'd say that very much typifies the delusion and arrogance of the Bama fanbase.

My friend, comments such as yours are what 'fuel the hostility.' Have a nice offseason, and good luck in your future ventures with the mighty Mountain West Conference!

I got the look and "What was your record this year?" But I still laughed.

I don't have the heart.

Anyone catch where they talked about Utah DROVE to NOLA?? Broke down in Texas, got lost in Shreveport and the toilet on the bus backed up... Add the fact they couldn't even afford flags for a four letter name- UTAH. Just two U's. I was happy to see them win and earn their school some cred... and $$. :thumb:

I remember the year Saban didn't have a QB at LSU, he lost 5 games including the bowl game he had a month to prepare for. I'll take Miles you take the coach that loses to the mountain west even though he had a month to prepare and the more talented team.:crystal::crystal::crystal::crystal::crystal:

the easiest way to shut that up is to not argue. i just say we had a crap year and we knew it. with getting down to our 4th qb, and having a co-dc fiasco, anyone would had a bad year under those circumstances. but at least we pulled it together for our bowl game. there is no arguing with that. and it just gets dirtier looks. :hihi:

I didn't say anything just shrugged. If I'd responded with anything his next shot would have been, "How many national championships do ya'll have?"

I know when to be a smart ass, sadly last night was not one of them.

They're just embarrsed, I mean just 3 weeks ago they were a contender for the MNC, now they're the laughing stock of the SEC.
