10 minutes left in the game and they flood out like a bomb threat was called. I've seen Tiger Fans leave but I don't remember ever seeing that many LSU fans completely give up in a game that's not over. Way to go Gumps.

Get used to it. The gravy train is not out. But, the train WILL come to and end at some point. This could be a sign of things to come. Not just wishful thinking here.

Saban has to hate what his team has turned into ever since hiring Kiffin.

This happened a while back but it was because they were rolling folks and Saban was pissed about that, can't imagine he is happy with them leaving when they need them.

Maybe he should have taken that Texas job.

He absolutely should have taken the Texas job. The success he saw at Alabama was impossible to sustain, and the fall will be sweeter to watch for us LSU fans, but he'd have been wise to have taken the job in Austin, leaving his legacy in Tuscaloosa intact. The rats deserting the ship last night (when the game was still not really decided) was something fun to watch.

Too many billionaire booster asses to kiss in Austin. Say what you want about Saban but he doesn't kiss anybody's ass.

Are you suggesting that Saban has not had to kiss some Bama boosters' asses? I'm betting he has.

But the one sure fire way to shut up rich boosters is to win.

They say the Saban-to-Texas deal would have happened if not for Mack delaying his departure deliberately. Nick had to bail when the offer got outed.

Alabama deeply desires for Nick to be Bear Bryant II, but I don't think that Nick has ever wanted to. The statue embarrasses him. Saban has always had happy feet. He wants a challenge and he must have a dragon to slay. If not Texas then some other opportunity. He is from the West Virginia/Ohio area and coached there all of his early career. When Meyer drops dead of a heart attack, Nick will be on that job like white on rice.

And he has unfinished business in the NFL . . .

    Cue Terry in four . . . three . . . two . . . one . . .
