Dam! Just saw on ESPN how it ended. Auburn has some Angels on the gridiron.

We knew it was bound to happen. HOW is...such a weird game.

EDSBS has a good write up about the game.

The EDSBS writeup is very good and the premise is valid.

But replay the entire first quarter when Auburn should have been up 21-0. And you can make your case that Bama should have been dead before the game even started.

Well with all Bama's accomplished recently I know you're proud- as you should be- of your program. I honestly still think Bama is the best team in the country. They picked a helluva time to not be consistent. I really felt like Auburn was hungry enough to keep it interesting but didn't know if they could pull away. It took a fluke, of sorts. Auburn's last two games show that when it's your time, it's your time.

Stepping back, I was telling friend today that it's quite impressive to think the State of Bama has TWO SEC teams with ONE got dam loss.

    Lol on the bolded part.

And I missed the 4th quarter driving to my 25-year high school reunion in Albany.

Watching it happen live was epic. It was the most epic ending to a ballgame ever. Just because Nick outsmarted himself, begging for that precious second to be put back on the clock. Hilarious fucking comedy is what it was for me.

What would be absolutely nuts would be one of the two—FSU or OSU—dropping a game, Auburn getting in the BCSNC and winning. Not only would we be looking at the SEC streak remaining but that would also mean five straight from the state.
