If Wallace wouldn't have run his mouth they may have scored a few points. After he did that, no way OM would score a point...

True, that was the dumbest move of the college football season.

No credit for a positive post from a negatiger!

I just think that no O we will face will look better than what UGA did, and we weren't blown out. I think this all hinges on what offense shows up. If our O has an A game we might win out. No doubt we'll be motivated for Bama, and I'd be thrilled to put a dent in their armor.

I don't think ANY defense could have stopped the LSU offense in the UGA game. LSU was firing on all cylinders, making plays happen. The passing game and run game were synergistic. We haven't seen that since. ... because ... as you said ....

... pp. The Mettengerger of the last 3 games is caught up in a disturbing trend. That trend, as I see it, is making bad decisions and wanting to force plays that aren't there, thus missing the wide open receiver. Like I said, don't force the Heisman Moments, ... just let them happen if they are there. Take what the defense will give you on every play, and let your play makers make up the difference after the play.

As for OM scoring NADA .. that is a testimony of how BAD our Defense is, not how GOOD their defense is. If we are going to make a comparison ... compare AU/ATM and Bama/ATM. Both beat ATM by outscoring them, but ATM put up similar points against both ... 41 and 42 respectively.

LSU's defense is "arguably" ... better than ATM's, and the LSU offense of the UGA game was arguably as good if not better than ATM. I have to think that IF this LSU Offense returns to form, you are going to see a score similar to the ATM game. It'll just be a matter of who outscores who.

IF .. it remains as it has been the last three games ... It's going to be ugly ... 17 is being generous.

What you can count on is Bama will play just as we've seen them play. They are consistent.

I'm sure this is correct. But Johnny Manziel won the Heisman last year because he strolled into Tuscaloosa (a week after we'd beaten up on Bama) and won there.

You're never going to sway her opinion of Johnny Fooseball.

I have a hard time believing she has ever hated someone so much as that kid.

I wish I could get excited about that #24 ranking, but we have played TCU, UAB, Kent State, Florida and Furman to help us out in that department.

3 SEC road games vs Georgia, Miss. State and Ole Miss have racked up 494, 454 and 511 yards respectively.

You're absolutely right, of course. I have an absolutely irrational hate of that little mofo.
