Killed our chances of another secc. They could have called that penalty at any of the other pat's or feild goal attempts but only called it with the game on the line. I watched this week end and saw the same thing at least 6 times in games and it was not flagged in any of them. Thats the only reason I bring this up again.
You're just opening old wounds, man. Bad calls are a part of the game. It's over. Let it go and move on. There's a lot of football left to be played, and this season still holds a lot of promise.
If we had made our extra point after the td, it wouldn't have mattered. We lost because we failed to execute, not because of that one call.
SmokeU, we lost 45-16 to UGA so we would still need Auburn to lose two SEC games, thats so over. C'mon we still have a great shot at going 9-2 and getting to a good bowl.
No, they would still need to lose 1 we would probably hold the head to head with them if not for the bs call. But like you say its over. I only brought it up because I been watching pat's and field goals in ecery game since then and have not seen it called again. In any event it ruined our shot at another secc.
