The agents wave all that money in front of them and they find it hard not to grab it. But I agree with you. Unless a player goes in the 1st round, he is much better off playing one more year in college.
I agree. With Dorsey eating the double and triple teams pre-injury, I really expected TJ to have a breakout year. That never happened. He could use another year to try and improve his stock.

You may not know Ron Yary.............but at least he is did not commit double murder. My god I even hate seeing that guy's name. Trojan's must be so proud. :nope:
I would LOVE to get Malcolm Jenkins. I've been hoping he would be around when the Saints pick, but this is the first time I've actually seen him projected as going there...not that I keep up all that much, though. Anything would be an improvement over Jason David, and if all it would accomplish is forcing QBs to go toward McKenzie more, it would be worth it. On topic, I think TJ stays. He had a good year, and while he showed flashes, he wasnt exactly dominant. Another year in the program and S&C could make him that dominant player next year, a la Dorsey this year.
Remember, the bowl game can make or break his position in the draft. If TJ has an outstanding game, he could be a first rounder and is probably gone. If he just has a normal game (which for him is pretty danged good), I hope that he decides to stay. Remember last year at this time there was much discussion about where JR would go in the draft. The bowl game certainly helped his draft position!
Here is a website with tons of Mock Drafts for this coming year and the next. Do a little searching around to get the most recent mocks. A few have the Saints taking OSU's Laryngitus:wink: with their 1st pick. This year will be more loaded with good CBs so the Saints might wait until the 2nd to take a CB unless the top 2 are still up on the board. http://walterfootball.com/draft2008P.php
Can you please tell me exactly what USC or Trojans have to do with a heinous crime that was committed by a former player 25 years AFTER he left the University? It's likely that I know a few more Trojans than you and I've yet to come across one who is proud of OJ. He has been shunned by the USC community and if you bring up his appearance at the Orange Bowl, then I say do your homework and find out the truth.
Id love to see Dorsey go #1 but I dont see it happening. No one is more deserving but with McFadden around I cant see him not going first. Teams will jockey to trade up to get him. With the season that Peterson is having teams wont want to wait and DMC is as good a back as has come out. IMO he is the best back coming out since Barry Sanders.
