Agreed. Just make sure you have a QB behind the guy with too many names. As we are learning, it is sort of an important position to have experience.
McElroy is decent. We haven't seen much of him but what we have seen has been ok. In HS, he followed Mizzou's Chase Daniel in the high powered Texas style offense and put up good numbers. Star Jackson is impressing the coaches but doubtful they would burn the RS unless McElroy just was terrible...
Don't be so quick, if he is needed, Saban will burn it. Travis Daniels burned his in 2001 to play in something like 3 plays of the 2nd half of the SECCG. Granted CB is a different position than QB and what not and circumstances, but I don't think Saban would hesitate if he felt he needed him to play.
i just have one question: in RE's first post did he say he was or was not stirring up some pot for everyone? :shock:
