1. Great, I as well as most Americans don't agree with it either. 2. And I deleted the part where you said it could work here but here is the point. Of course it "could" work, the problem is no one wants it to work. Why in God's name would you want it to. We know enough about it now that it is passed (even though some of us knew long before it was passed) that it is too expensive, too redistributive, and too invasive of our freedoms. Again, any form of oppresive government "can" work but it will be at the expense of the people and of freedom and that is what we don't want. Get after the trial lawyers and put a reasonable cap on settlements, allow companies to compete across state lines and voila, you have a better system already. The secular socialist regime will have none of either or those solutions though.
