This is personally my favorite recruit. So do you think he will get alot of immediate playing time?
And what number will he be. I hope 9 cause i have a 9 jersey and dont wear because of he who shall not be named.
    Any thoughts on him?

He is my fav too. Maybe cause I liked PP7 so much. I wish he could get his brother's jersey (just cause I think it would be a great honor) but the honeybadger has it.

I might be in the minority but I think he has some work to do. When he had a good QB in HS he got a lot of nice balls his way and he relied on his size which isn't uncommon at that level but it concerns me that when his team struggled he was pretty much no where to be found. I think he needs more polishing than someone like Dural. However, I am not ruling him out because I think he sees a fresh start after last season and will work his tail off.

Either way I think at least one of the two need to play some sort of role next year.

#9 has been good to us at WR...Early Doucet was #9 and before him Devery Henderson was #9.

he wore #1 in high school and also at the Under Armour All-American game, so I assume that's his favorite #

As long as Mathieu isn't on the field at the same time as Avery, then AJ can wear #7 is he wants. Kelvin Shepard and Ryan Perrilloux both wore #11.

I think a good QB brings out the best in his WRs. look at drew brees with the saints. I'm in no way comparing mett to brees, but that confidence makes his WR's feel as though they have a chance to be consistent and be able to make plays with well thrown balls. Avery has potiential, and as Bhelm says he will need to be polished, but I also think he will eventually be extremely succesful here
