So Quinn needed corrective vision? Shocking development right there. Hope with his new eyes, he can live up to the hype. White boy day has been far off his radar.
I'll be giving a game by game prediction of the upcoming season on Friday, August 28. It will be... Phenomenal.
I posted this about 10 days ago... "The D will use a 3, 4 or 5 man front at times. I kind of like the 4-2-5, with us having better DB's. The Safeties Mills, Adams and Jefferson make up a great bunch of guys. The best D is to get your best 11 on the field. Some teams use a Rover, Spur (USCE), KAT (Rice), etc. Down and distance will come into play. We need to do a better job of taking away what a offense does, we need to limit what they can do." This as after Red posted this write-up.. http://theadvocate.com/sports/lsu/13121731-123/lsus-defense-under-kevin-steele
Just being cagy. They want opponents OC to have to spend practice time on blocking both formations. Which is why I think we will see both early. We may not have the horses to play a lot of 3-4. But showing different looks is a good thing. And we may not see much 3-4, but we have seen a lot of 3-2 Dime and will see more of that.
They won't show shit against McNeese but after the visit to StarkVegas everybody will know what we do
Good write-up on the OL... http://www.andthevalleyshook.com/20...timistic-pessimistic-realistic-offensive-line
Ross Dellenger ✔ @DellengerAdv Orgeron says he's "not worried" about #LSU's DT depth. "We have 6 guys. That’s about fine. I’ve played with less." Elsewhere.......... Aaron Suttles @AaronSuttles Jake Coker is out with a foot injury. Had surgery this morning.
YaYa is just pumping the guys up. 6 is enough if there are no serious injuries. And if the offense can move the chains and keep the defense well rested
