If I were to go to the Iron Bowl next year, I would go in a rental car (with plenty of insurance) and put a Vandy sticker on it. I guess I should be glad that Ole Miss lost to Bama.....this gump could have had a ball in the grove....:insane:

For instance I know Louisiana is mostly public utilities and I don’t know about Alabama but in Texas we have Municipal Utility Districts. These are boards of elected citizens from one or more neighborhoods that run their own water and sewage systems. I'm president of ours. We now have 3 waters wells one of which has collapsed. Therefore we in the process of drilling a 4th and the timeline is critical.

If this moron had done this in the vicinity of where we are drilling I can't even imagine the impact. Even if the poison never got to the ground water proving it to the various environmental and public safety agencies that have to approve the well application would be hell. It would be a very expensive hell in that it would involve legal, civil engineer and system operator consultants that have to be paid.

As I said I don’t know Alabama. But beyond the cost of the trees and soil replacement there will be a lot of costs that are not immediately known.

This was an act of premeditated stupidity. If all the facts were the same but he had a Middle East sounding name it would be all over the news as an act of terrorism. It’s a shame he didn’t spill some the stuff in his beer.

This is the funniest thread I've seen in a while. I recommend it for anyone not a fan of the Alabama Lumberjacks (f/k/a Elephants; a/k/a Tree Killing Tide) for good non family fun. VolNation is showing no mercy.

It's really sad that such great passion, rivalry, and tradition get's taken to this extreme. I really feel bad for the AU fans. Imagine how we would feel if someone destroyed the Indian mounds, or worse poisoned Mike. Leave it to a Bama fan to bring such an ugliness to college sports.

On a side note, my office is about 1/2 mile from Fort McHenry and on nice days I often walk around the fort grounds during my lunch break.

If this guy spends several years in prison I wonder if his family and friends will recognize him when he's released. They have flouride in the water at the prison.

I hope the trees survive but if not...how much wood do you need to print $180,000?
