that was sweet, chris mitchell on the TD i believe, and if i'm not mistaken, didn't Keiland throw a TD in that game? Maybe we see a Shepard pass this game?
as an LSU fan living in Birmingham, I'm about as fond of Auburn as I am the Tide. With that said, I find it amusing that anyone in Louisiana would take a shot at how a word is pronounced vs the way its spelled. With that said if anyone is staying in Dothan this weekend for the game, which is in Houston County, AL its pronounced HOWston County. Not like the giant city in Texas or how 99% of the world would say it.
We didn't just decide to change the pronounciation of the word Jordan. It is how Shug Jordan's last name has been pronouced his whole life. But yes, it is pronouced as if spelled "Jerdan"
I have no clue about pronunciation...I'm from New Orleans. "terlit" (toilet) "erl" (oil) "ersta" (oyster) "mynez" (mayonnaise) ....etc., and don't get me started on Tchopitoulas...the street signs on that street used to have three different spellings in three different neighborhoods. :insane: So "Jerdan" it is !!
I heard it pronounced that way this weekend for the first time and thought the guy announcing was nuts, little did i know.
