Did anybody just see that reviewed "touchdown" by Auburn? Wow, how bogus was that. 17-14 now WarChickens, and they are lucky to have that. Arkansas running the football slightly better than they usually do, but Auburn defense is holding up better than I expected so far. Cam Newton is Cam Newton, Arkansas did okay containing him the first couple of possessions but are starting to lose control. You cannot hold this kid for 60 full minutes, he'll bust you open sooner or later. We better be prepared.
yet another example for why we have to absolutely blow auburn out of the water next week. They are gonna get every call possible go there way. Hell they might even continue to get TDs when not one person on the field signaled a TD because the fumble was so obvious.
Auburn definitely handed a gift by the replay booth. It was clear the RB fumbled before crossing the goalline. Never saw any referee signal a TD but did see one ref signal that a fumble with Arkansas having possession. Then head ref claims the call on the field was a TD and replay booth claims call on field stands. The SEC referee crew strikes again.
And Auburn blocks a punt and turns it into points. And Mallett may be out with an injury. Gimp is right. Leave absolutely no doubt next week. Leave nothing to chance and even less to the officials. God help us if it is put in the hands of the officials, because they sure won't.
Who would you rather? Lundquist is good. Danielson might be the most knowledgeable color man in the business.
