Hard to get a feel on how this game plays out tonight. By far the weakest Auburn team in quite a while. They could get whipped, or Tuberville could use the adversity from earlier in the week to have AU fired up. Don't know...
Two preseason top 10 teams that are no longer in the top 25. I'd say WVa has the edge b/c of home field. It really depends on who shows up to play. My son's 8th grade team plays their rival school 2nite thus I won't see the game live. I'll record it in case its worth watching later.
Tigers at Mountaineers Tonight WVU gets the -3.5 for being at home. I'm going to go with the other SEC Tigers in this one to win outright. Who you got?
It's been a WHOLE LOTTA years since an SEC team has beat WVU. Georgia came close after they got behind by an enormous score a few years ago in a bowl in the Ga Dome, but they didn't get enough and Wvu beat them. It's been a long time since a SEC team has beat Wvu. Of course, they haven't played LSU.
As much as it pains me to pull for tubby and AU I guess I will. It would be easier to pull against WV if Rodriguez was still there.
From the games I have watched of Auburn, it seems like they are just so close to clicking. It is almost there, but it isn't hitting. I obviously didn't watch the Arkansas game...
Have you been watching this years team or some prior year? They are as far from clicking as you can be. Auburn is terrible. If I was an Auburn fan, and I saw the offensive line stand up and look to the sideline JUST ONCE, I would puke. Tubby isn't going to be able to wiggle out of this season with wins--and it's a shame that it will be blamed on Franklin. :rolleye33:
