I'm friends with a lot of the guys and they think it will be a really, really good season. They think they'll be in the upper half of the league.
Well that is true, the team did have 19 games scoring 3 runs or less this past year, and were notorious for not being able to sniff a team's ace, so a little more offense wouldn't hurt.
also very true...look at furbush 3-9 last year and became the best prospect in the minors...i think we'll have more offense this year too but we'll have to see. last year's team wasn't completely gelled IMO
far from it. they would have a really good game and you would think getting it together, then the next game go out and have one error after another. i am really looking forward to this year. feb 22 cant get here soon enough.
Only one month – great news. I was hoping to make it to BR for one last weekend series at the Box, but it doesn’t look like my schedule will allow it this year. However, the weekend series in Oxford looks like a good one and we plan to attend at least two games. Any updates on the team and on specific players which is posted on TF is really appreciated by those of us who are out of state. ldskule::tigbas:
I am very much looking forward to bringing my son to a few weekend games this spring. I am sure mommy would not mind me getting the eight year old out of hair, especially with the newbie coming very very very soon!
