I don't see him surviving until after the bowl game either way simply because they will need the new staff in place as soon as possible to hold as much of the recruiting class together as possible.
I usually sit in the stand and we LSU peeps usually look at each other and are like wtf..... If you went to every game like i do you would see how unorganized the whole sideline is. A&M can't stop the run if they had 15 men on the field. This is LSU offense wee are talking about though. i say 26-21 LSU
Why didn't they rise up and rebound against Arkansas after the Bama loss? Why didn't they rise up and play with passion against the Black Bears? They're Done. Stick a fork in em!
On the other hand, consider if Miles is gone prior to the bowl game, interim coach is Cam or O, would we see the same old run, run, pass offense or see a more varied offense and more pressure from the defense. Also, would we see a different attitude from the players. I kind of have a feeling the players might be happy, particularly the guys on offense. They might love Miles but realize he's a big part of the problem and may be better without him.
I made my after the Bama loss and I am sticking with it. I think the fact that Les talks to them openly about his job status will cause an emotional response in the kids. Besides, when you put a prediction out there, you have to own it.
On a positive note, I have not seen any of our middle school kids wearing A&M gear. Those damn Gump kids around here take no prisoners!
