I saw that when I was flipping through the magazine at the store. For that very reason, I did not purchase it. I figured if they would do something that ignorant, the rest of the magazine must be garbage also.

Auburn has many more holes than we do to fill.

I thought a lot of people were picking Auburn to make noise this season.

If a team has a legitimate chance to beat us(Auburn, Florida, Georgia), they have a right to be ranked in front of us. Seems a small thing to get in a twist about.

In the Auburn series, the last time the home team lost was in 1999. And it wasn't Auburn who lost.

I don't think (barring injuries) we'll lose a West game. Auburn is about our only real test in the West. Ole Miss, Ark, Bama... I see all going down, maybe not easy but we'll win thise. Miss St. might give us some competition since they'll want some retribution for the stomping we gave them last season... and the fact they finished pretty strong last season. But atleast we have 3 games to prepare our QB/QBs to be ready for SEC play. In the end though I think we win the West without a defeat.

LSU is lucky enough to actually play all three SEC teams ranked ahead of them. This poll is only as good as the end result of those three games.

If LSU wins two out of the three, I smell at least a trip to Atlanta for a rematch with one of them.

LSU is going to start the season with the 12th-ranked quarterback squad in the SEC. We're lucky to make the pre-season top-10, thanks to the Reverend Doctor Perrilloux.
