    Anyone going?
My group (just 3 of us this year) is going...but I forgot to request tix. :(
So, we are going, hoping to find tix there or just watch somewhere. Never been to Athens. Where is the best place to watch the game if we don't get in?

There is also a "lot" of good bars and restaurants right by the campus.

Try the Georgia Theater in downtown Athens at the corner of Lumpkin and Clayton, they show the game on a giant screen. There's a pretty good restaurant on the roof, too. I think the games are free but you might want to check. From the main entrance to campus at the arches, walk up College one block to Clayton then go left one block to Lumpkin. You'll see it on the corner. 21 and up.

If you want to join the party at New Earth, Dougherty is two or three blocks past Clayton. You'll go left from Lumpkin to get to New Earth.

    Parking in Athens is atrocious.

The main event will be the LSU Hub for a majority of the fans going to The LSU Invasion located inside the heart of Downtown Athens. To get your tickets early and save $10.00 go to www.lsuatlanta.com
