fuckity fuck,.. Giants 2 below the NL might suck, probably does, can't really compare, I don't see much of the AL,.. yanks and stros stand out to me, but I don't know the others. Early in the season, I thought Arizona looked like the NL best, and now they're getting hot again. The nats think they're good,.. I dismiss the dodgers with prejudice. Phillies and Braves, up and comers with lots of young talent.
Gmen got worked by the blueman group. Astros 46-25. Respect the streak. Shh. Also gattis was universally hated for killing the lineup and needed to be cut so it seemed. Then the light came on. The grand slam gave Gattis 13 home runs and 38 RBIs in his past 28 games.
tirk, the Astros/Giants games are in SF the Giants announced they've signed their top 16 selections and 23 of their first 25, signed two that they've drafted before. The Giants are very high on 2nd rd, Sean Gjelly #2 overall, Joey Bart,.. signed for $7 million, largest bonus ever for a position player Will Clark, '85, #2 Tim Lincecum, '06, #10 Bumgarner, '07, #10 Buster Posey, '08, #5 Good guys beat LA today ! it's been rough, get one guy back another goes down. Samardzija and Cueto return soon,.. Bumgarner looks very strong, not quite tuned in, he's hungry, I think he's gonna dominate. I want to be excited, 3 guys off the DL have made our bullpen extra good, strong defense, good hitting-not bad power, we got all the pieces,.. but starting pitching, getting 6 innings is rare. The schedule is in our favor now,.. we're 4.5 out with 90 games to go
I'd like to see the starter go at least 7 and then the setup guy and closer but it just doesn't work like that these days. Complete games are almost a thing of the past.
right now I'd settle for 5+,.. we're over-using our long relievers, calling up fresh ones, sending down tired ones. Bumgarner will give us 8 innings, but after him we have a pack of #5 starters.
My stupid app showed it @mm. Guess I'll go see the Rockies when they visit for some interleague action. 11 straight. 10 straight road wins. Offense finally clicking on most all cylinders scoring over 7 per during this run. Pitchers solid. Bullpen finding itself. Bregman already one the most disciplined hitters in the league. Mariners loss should put us 1.5 up.
I'm respecting it but saving the mojeaux for the postseason. Gerrit cole greets his old teammate cutch with 98 at the face.
