I keep seeing this about Dak and its just flat out wrong. Dak said in a n interview that LSU was late to recruit him and he had already committed to Moo U. He said he wanted to honor his commitment. Miles said they looked at him early and he was an undersized average QB. Then apparently Dak grew a lot, I think he actually lost a bunch of weight, and they came back to the party late and he was already committed to Moo U. I don't think anyone foresaw Prescott becoming what he has turned into. Otherwise he would have been recruited by more than just Moo U.
He would make a good manager for a pro wrestler. "He has a want to compete against quality bad guys for title belts."
Speaking of that anyone else at the game see the little scrub running around the Bama sideline with a wrestling belt?
See for yourself, he was a three star. Not the type of guy typically recruited by LSU level programs at QB. https://n.rivals.com/content/prospects/10696 He wasn't even in the Rivals top 250. Nobody saw him doing much.
Thanks for this. I take back my criticism in this instance -- sounds like in this case, no one really could have anticipated his future.
No worries, Miles did a lot of things wrong but I think this wasn't one. Sucks though, Dak may have been that mobile QB capable of playing in a pro style offense.
