Actually, I didn't question his decision to play Harrison. The Patriots still had something to play for in the game against the Titans. NE could still have received the #3 seed with a win and an Indy loss. So having that potential extra home game would have been something every Pats fan favors. Say both Indy and NE beat SD and Balt. this week (quite possible). I would have rather seen Manning have to go back into Foxboro (were he's won but once in 8 tries) as opposed to traveling to the RCA dome. There's still an outside shot at Harrison being ready if the Pats make it to the AFC title game. But that task does become more difficult when you consider they must first get by LT and San Diego. There are 3 teams that the Pats just don't seem to ever match up well against: The Chargers, Chiefs and Broncos--all teams that have quality running games. So, this game against SD scares me....with or without Harrison.
