http://www.tigerrag.com/?p=6035 I usually dont like Glen, but this is a good article. Les Miles is a coach of coaches, he has brought together a coaching staff for the ages.
I love Chavis' philosophy about using a system to fit his players, not the other way around. I feel like he will be very successful here.
Yes that's the same Dildeaux that said the end of LSU football was upon us with the hiring of Miles and the departure of the Messiah.
I am focusing on his documentation and praise of the new coaches than his hidden disdain for Miles in this article. Even this guy cant deny that Miles rights his wrongs and is a stand up man as well as a hell of a coach.
I was chatting with UT fans this morning, they said Chavis acted like a baby when the staff was fired? You guys heard anything about what was said? I love chavis, I think most UT fans love him too...just caught my curiousity this am.
Kiffin isn't the most diplomatic guy on the face of the planet. (That's code for, he's a raging prick.) I think a lot of people would have been upset at the way things were handled.
Chavis on why he came to LSU: "But a big part of it was coach Miles and what he stands for and what he believes in. I’m delighted to be working for coach Miles. I think he’s a great man. That’s obvious. You guys know that already. It’s going to be a great situation.” That shows you how valid Guilblow's eval of Miles is.
