Gilbeau makes me so mad I want to BURN HIM! He has no idea what the "fan base" is actually feeling and keeps trying to justify his Saban > Miles mantra by projecting it on the whole fan base when someone from the national sports media isn't paying attention. It drives me insane every time some lazy sports writer sez:"Hmmm need to get an LSU sports opinion, who's the AP beat writer?" and never once stops to think about how far away Shreveport is from BR. Makes me want to hit something.

    AAAUUUGHH!!!

    Lazy journalism 101...:dis:

Seems like Dilbeau is the one with an axe to grind.

    Fixed it for him:
"Deep down, LSU fans don't believe Saban is a better coach than Miles and I just can't handle that."

I didn't see anything in there about Louisiana-Monroe, Utah, or when the greatest DB coach in the history of football lost on a hail Mary on the final play of the Capital One Bowl.

Has Miles lost an OOC game? Didn't think so. Damn he sucks! :hihi:

Dildeaux was never that big a Saban fan when he was here. He's all about rileing up the fanbase.

Ever heard him on the radio? What an arrogant tool

finebaum turns off the ratings switch outside of his show/column...especially when he is being interviewed. gg isn't smart enough to know when its time to be serious. its why he is a no talent assclown.

Easy for a controversy-seeking reporter to say . . . but the record tells another story.

Les has simply done better than Nick did at LSU, even with the bar set high. And he's certainly done better than Nick has at Bama.

Actually, Finebaum and Gilbeau are the same person. It's like Clark Kent taking off the glasses, donning the cape and changing into Superman. Finebaum goes into the womens' bathroom, pulls out the toupee and five seconds later, he's Glenn Gilbeau and the world simply has no clue. His superpowers are irritating/boring people to death. No human has proven to be immune to the superpower.
