I was flipping between this game and the others, so maybe I missed something, but why was Michael Smith in for Arky running so much? What happened to McFadden and Jones in the 4th quarter?
I agreed with your post in the other thread but not with this one. Arkansas didn't look mismatched when they beat us at home. I would argue that the team lost their steam once Houston Nutt left and then there is the distraction about Mr. Heisman who didn't seem to be the same today. Very good points by Dan, Terry P and JohnLSU btw.
Man, the Hogs came out and looked like a HS team...don't know what their problem was today. Lack of preparation maybe??? Props to Mizzou... :tigereye::tigereye::tigereye::tigereye:
That was part of it...and a good part of it was also the traditional aspect of Arkansas in the Cotton. Texas is the only team to have been there more than Arkansas. (another team tied with Arkansas at 11 appearances, but I can't think who...A&M maybe?)
Once again AR is an embarassment to the SEC. They believe their program is coming back. I have news for them. It takes recruits! They won't get any this way. I think LSU had more recruits above 3 stars last year than the piggies did in the last 4 years combined. That coach won't stay long enough to make a difference, the best players are leaving, and the bench is a big drop! Next year they go 500.
