    No I am not satisfied.

You have to stand up for your team.

I would have called out slive and the conference for having incompetent refs.

And i would have called the sec office being in bama a path to corruption and said that it needs to be moved.

I would call for an FBI investigation of the entire SEC office and refuse to have my team take the field if those same officials ever work a game for me again..

Miles is a good man. That's why the guy with something to b!tch about didn't, and the guy who got the benefit of the call did. Saban is a good coach. He did a LOT for LSU. But he's a jackazz compared to Miles. I like our current situation a lot better.

Every media outlet in the country said what Miles doesn't have to.

Slive is feeling the heat. Each week it seems it get worse and worse. He can't keep suspending his officials.

At the very least, CFB needs to adopt one replay rule from the NFL: the ref fully explains why or why not the ruling was overturned. You never hear in an NFL game, "the ruling stands." You will hear "There is not conclusive evidence to show the receiver got two feet in bounds, therefore the ruling on the field stands." That gives the refs wiggle room that MAYBE they got it wrong, but the videos were not clear enough.

Right now, for all we know, the replay booth is watching Lost and flips a coin.

Who will the refs let win the sec championship game? The polls showed they thought LSU got screwed and everyone watching knows. LM did the right thing.:geaux:

Well look on the bright side, we know we won the game or atleast had a very damn good chance to win it, had the INT or the Punt/Penalty spot been called correctly, or the blatant face mask that let to Lee's sack... BUT... we throttled 2 oppenants in back to back weeks never gaining ground in the polls... we lose to Bama and move up a spot to 8... guess CFB knows we got screwed... Bama's win Saturday means about as much as SC's 03 NC. :miles:

Nope, not satisfied, and will never be satisfied with this move. I think Miles missed a golden opportunity to say something about the officials in this conference. I don't think he should have gone off, but i do think he should have said that the right call was not made. Take the fine and rally your team behind you, and your fanbase. If you get suspended you become a Martyr. I see it like a baseball or basketball coach, sometimes they know arguing over a call will do nothing, but they go out and do it anyway, because it can have a positive effect on your team, and it shows them you are willing to throw it all on the line for them.

I think this was a bad move by Miles, and i don't think as highly of him anymore. There are ways to say things without making yourself look like an ass, now the ESPN article has it looking like Saban and Miles are agreeing on the officiating, and that nothing was wrong. Ridiculous.

He did. Privately, like the rules state. He made his objections play by play, and they were answered one by one by the SEC. Privately. Les will talk to his team about it. He will not talk publicly about it because he's a smart coach.

You would have been suspended for the next game, fined, and the referees would remind you of it with bad calls until you saw the light.

What state in the SEC would be immune to criticism. Should we move it to Texas?

What federal crime would you allege?

You would forfeit games to make a petty point about a game that's already over? You would be fired.

Thank goodness Les is smarter than Kiffer and Meyer.

While I am glad we moved up one spot in the BCS and optimistic about what that means 3-4 weeks from now, it was mainly b/c others ahead of us lost. I think the respect we received for how close the game was and the missed calls did play a role, but not as much as others ahead of us losing, i.e. Oregon and Iowa.

I agree with CLM. And what good would it do to take shots at the refs POSTgame? I think we could have one regardless of the poor calling on their part, if everything else had turned out right. It didn't. Cannot wait til next year to see some bama fans look like this:sob::sob::sob:

Absolutely. Les Miles is a class act.

His attitude and actions are reflected by his players, which in turn, reflect on the fans. I like being in his shadow.

On the other hand, there's Nick (two televised tantrums last weekend), and Urban, who seldom misses a chance pass a snide remark.

What ever happened to Steve Spurrier, the man we all once loved to hate? I like him better now, but I sure miss his sniping at everyone not Florida!
