Are the Saints broadcasts blacked out in parts of south Louisiana?

Someone told me Cox is going carry the game in Baton Rouge for free. Not sure what that means but its worth looking into if you are in BR, don't want to go bar and don't have the NFL net.

NOTE: Looks like it won't be shown in BR afterall:

I was told that Cox customers can have it added for about $4 a month. I don't know if it's true or not, but worth calling about. personally, I will be connecting my laptop to my LCD TV and watching it off of NFL.com - Official Site of the National Football League like I watched the Colts game last night.

It seems like it's easier for me to watch the Saints in Houston than it is for you guys in south LA. Of course I'm smart enough not to deal with any cable company and don't mind paying premium for DirecTv programming that will ensure I can see every Saints and Tigers game without an issue of "maybe they'll show it, maybe they won't."

I've gotten so spoiled by NFL Sunday Ticket and ESPN Game Plan every season that I can't imagine not being able to choose any pro or college gane I want to watch. It does suck though having to choose which games I can attend rather than going to every one each year.
