I keep reading about attacks on minorities and how they have escalated since the election. I'm also seeing a lot of reports that I just don't believe. How many of them are leftists trying to create a statistic? I read this one just now.... "Since Donald Trump's election last week, there has been an uptick in the amount of "biased-based attacks" across the nation. One of the latest victims is the the New York City memorial park in honor of the late Beastie Boys member Adam Yauch." (He was Jewish). Anyone else see a problem with this?
What is very interesting, and testimony as to the "fake" nature of both the WAPO and the NYT, is that both fish wrappers ran a big story last week, with headlines stating something like "Study shows hate crimes have increased." This headline was amidst other stories, anecdotal, about increase since Trump election. Turns out, if one read the article, the "study" was base on 2015 data .. long before the Trump election. Just shows how crooked these two rags are.
I think the reason they're saying hate crimes are up is because of mostly graffiti. I was in New Orleans last week and all down Tchoupitoulas St. is Heil Trump and Swastikas etc. If each one of those is considered a "crime" you can see how it adds up. Pretty disingenuous if that's how they're counting it.
And how much of that graffiti is actually being painted by those who hate Trump? I keep hearing all kinds of horror stories about racist, sexist incidents happening, but it's always a "friend of a friend," etc.--nothing really confirmed. I call bullshit on most of it.
Not the point. The statement is that hate crimes are up. Not that trump supporters are doing it. As I said before, it's a very unfair statement either way because of the insinuation.
