Most who accept finish out the season. But this all makes no sense. How much can a UNLV pay. Probably less than he's making here as DC. Anyone know what UNLV pays whoever was there. No way he takes a pay cut or goes for equal money.

This strikes me as a strange jump and curious career move. And he would have more value having a Natty under his belt. Look at all of Saban’s former LSU coordinators that have gone onto head coaching positions, including within the SEC. Arranda’s stock would be higher in the SEC. he would have to rebuild his stock coming from UNLV to jump to a higher program from there. Very curious.
Unless he and Oeaux are no longer on the same page. Just speculating but what else could it be ? Makes sense.
