The liberal agenda is why black folks are still on the "liberal plantation" the ghettos of the major cities of America. Most of these cities are run by liberal mayors in states run by liberal govenors i.e., Chicago, New York and Los Angeles. The best way to help the down trodden other than a hand up for the truly needy is more capitalism which creates jobs. Black unemployment is at a 5 year low because of the huge uptick in the economy. The worst thing ever for blacks was Johnson's Great Society which created the "wellfare queen".
