I'm ok with that. I think a couple years of seasoning at a big arena like the SEC west and coaching against Saban will get him ready. He will learn what it takes to rise to the top.
Aranda reportedly has aspirations to be a coordinator in the NFL, and not the head man in college. The latter requires more than just supreme tactics, which he has in spades, but one must politic with fundraising, recruit young kids relentlessly, and be the charismatic face of the university. Things he's said to not be keen on doing.

Nooooooo to Ensminger. The game planning against Bama sucked and when you keep running the ball up the middle with LF7 over and over with no creativity or adjustments, you have shown you don't deserve the job. I couldn't believe there was no adjustments in play calling, no DG5,etc. You going against the best front 7 in the country and you think for 4 qtrs that it is a good idea to play to their strengths. The UF game was not much better. There is no way we should have lost that game. So heck no to Ensminger. We need somebody with some creativity, can make in game adjustments, and can utilize and have plays utilizing the talent we have. Please no to Ensminger. The Bama gam and UF game felt like classic Miles games.
