    Is Baylor really gonna pay him more guaranteed? My guess is he is done after a couple years there and garden gnome is hiring him. Same could be said for Joe Brady.

    Baylor is a private university loaded with cash. Rhule was quietly one of the top 10 highest paid coaches. There's financial forms stating Rhule made 7 million his last year there. They're loaded.

    This is how it is if you dominate like we did. Saban’s staff gets abused every year like a carousel. Comes with the territory unles you’re Brent Venables for whatever reason. I wish Aranda well on anything that doesn’t intersect with our interests, but that dude was not cut out to be a head coach.

    Venables should have replaced Snyder at Kansas State but supposedly there's a past there. Rumors only so who knows but akin to Les and Michigan.

    Uhhh... well, uhhh... so. How about that visit to the white house tomorrow?!

    I think he will need some help in the form of shadow staff and another much more experienced person in the booth with him or on the sidelines. I think it can be done. He sure can recruit and nicky Satan coached DBs as well as head coach back in the day.
