Well .. you never know. GA'd defense is no AR. Plus, we're talking about JJ here ... who can crumble in a minutes instance and turn back into the 3-out King, like he did last year against AR. GA's Defense held a very good run game to just 79 yards in the second half of their win over GT. JL could very well still be called upon to perform this year. I doubt it, due to CLM's undying faith in JJ and his total lack of confidence in Lee. In all fairness, without the bogus bar fight, JL wouldn't have gotten the time he got. It would have been the JJ show the entire season. BUT .. I do agree ... Les Miles SUCKS for not letting JL get in a few more snaps, and get to throw the ball one last time in Tiger Stadium. Once we were up 38-17 in the fourth, JL should have gotten to play.
I have been a champion of JJ as starter in the past several weeks and really have a problem with those that bash him. Yet the point made here is totally different. JL did do much to make this season the success it is and it would have been nice to give JL the gesture noted above. This was a time to recognize and acknowledge the valiant effort and loyalty JL has given to LSU.
Conversely nobody should bash you for that opinion. For those of you that aren't supporting JJ, go phuck yourselves and root for some other team.
I completely agree. I think it was truly a shame that the young man who led us to 8-0 this season did not throw a single pass in his last game on Tiger stadium turf. That was a real injustice to someone who gave our program so much. For the first time in a really long time I was extremely disappointed in Les Miles.

Off the field actions , is where I am . JJ should be coming in the game , but not the starter and not the main QB . He should be on the bench . I agree with you JJ is the best young man to play QB in college football. we gonna turn him loose .On Georgia and on Bama . They should just send JJ the game balls , both coaches should forefit the games ,., and stay home . That way their HS like teams will not get their feelings hurt and the same goes for their fans . Hey Like JJ will get 300+ yards against georgia , and against bama JJ will get 185 russing +225 yards passing yards against them . Neither team will be able to stop JJ Just let me know !!! Lee got in the game. People need to quit listening to the CBS LSU haters that do commentary and try to start controversy. Everytime TM7 or Spencer Ware, or Simon did anything, suspensions were brought up, everytime JJ threw an incomplete pass, camera pans over to Jarrett Lee, and Verne and Gary start creating controversy. It's bullsh!t.
its not bull****. people with any sense think JLee deserved more respect in his final game as signal caller in TS. With 7 minutes left instead of punking him after telling him he was up next, he should have been allowed to go out with a pass in his final game. We were up 3 tds. He led us to 8-0 or was it 9-0 and with all hes been through being booed out of the stadium on more than one occasion most feel it was more than deserved. But, maybe there is much truth to this missing classes thing. I do hope the rumors of his eligibility from a couple people I spoke with are false because we'll likely need him in that final game. bhelm? is this dude still eligible or has the mettenberger era begun early?
