Oklahoma State was hoping for what the AP came out with, which is what I expected. I did not think Stanford should be rewarded for barely beating a mediocre Cal team, playing at home.
Of course not ... But the population in the West Coast gets their little "cupcake eater" in there as always ... Thats why I give the Pac 10 grief, because their homers come out with crap like that. Stanford would be a middle of the pack SEC team. 5th in the nation??? 4 spots ahead of the Oregon team that stomped them two weeks ago? Its like there is an unwritten code that there has to be two PAC10 teams in the top 10 no matter how bad they are. In essence we have a quota system.
