Tigers are at #9 in AP. Highest ranked two loss team. At least OSU and USC are behind us.

The poll listing has us ahead of Ohio State at 9 and the article has us at 10 behind Ohio State.

LSU has assembled a solid body of work this year. The D has really come around, gotta love the secondary. Offense has improved, JJ coming along for a true soph. I hope we have a "Marcus Spears" type of DE coming up, we could have used a guy like that. But, you don't always get them, so we don't always play in the NC picture. The year has gone mostly as scripted. Before the season, I said 9-3, with a better shot at 10-2 than 8-4 if JJ surprised to the upside and so did the D. The D played better than I thought. JJ played like I thought, I didn't expect a replay of the first half of the bowl game every week. We still have some work to do, quite a bit in fact. With injuries, that 3rd loss is possible. I hope we fight it off. I expect we'll fight it off, but I'm concerned about JJ and losing Scott. Scott was a leader on the O.
