I hadn't realized you'd painted it yourself.......pretty impressive skills. Here are a few of my ODK to give you some ideas.
Thanks but Tulane fans aren't allowed- I ran a cable hook up for the patio for when I'm cooking outside and they could watch that tv. Thanks faninmiss. My wife was VERY pertrubed the first 6 months after we built it cause I practically lived in it. I told her it was like having a camp connected to the house. :hihi: I went ahead and put a small bedroom in case, later on- God forbid- one of my girls needed to move back. I know once they leave, staying in the same house with mom and dad is never comfy. We also had in mind if we had to care for our parents they'd be close by. Now there are some really nice "Elderly" apartments springing up that are popular- the people I know who live in them really like it but just another option for us to have.
I work(ed) at the Sherwin-Williams on the corner of Perkins and College and we supply LSU with the majority of their paint...specifically, Tiger Stadium and the PMAC. If you want the colors you see on campus, go there.
An LSU Fathead would look great in your room. I do belive LSUfaninmiss has one in her room Heather :geauxtige
Looks sweet! I was thinking of doing a similar thing. After the family room, dining room and study are painted (whew!) ...THEN I'll get around to painting my LSU room. It's just not on the "priority list" with the wife. ...of course, she can feel that way because that room is my "man cave", so she views other rooms as priorty.... I only agree with her because when we bought our house a year ago, the colors in the rooms listed above were NOT our style.....My LSU room has standard white walls--so that's the only reason why I'm not making more of an effort to paint it quickly.
