Some just don't do their homework. Some get bad info. Ask Trev Faulk

Seems like I can remember at least two plays Reid SHOULD have been in on.....I might be wrong....
wasn't he somewhere close to making a play on Yeldon in Alabama game when they scored.....and was he not in same vicinity on a big pass play or two at end of game against Clemson?

I can't help but look at last years stats with Eric, 91 tackles, 1 tfl, 2 Ints, defended 9 passes and broke up 7 and recovered a fumble. Yep, we couldn't used him this year. Looks like the 9'ers are glad they moved up in the draft, to get a guy, that some say, wouldn't have helped much at LSU this year. I bet the staff would have loved to have a guy like him on the team this year. Maybe, its just me.

I heard that Ciron Black is now working for the Astros. It's really a shame that his injury was severe enough to make him fall from a possible 1st rounder to ending his career.

I give Miles credit for assembling what would have been a certain National champ team had the whole defense not go to the NFL. We should just claim it like Bama use to do.

That's what is going to so sad about all of this if our defense continues to struggle and prevents us from being national title contenders.

For the 2nd time in 4 years, Miles has made what appears to be the perfect hire for one of the coordinator positions.

I still have LSU as the National Champion in 2011, btw.

You never want to fire a coach, in all the years Les has been here, how many coaches has he fired ?

To a team we beat in their own stadium. And I agree they shut our offensive offense down, but they had a good offense and our D had to defend them with short fields and all they could do was hit field goals, until in the 4th our D was just gassed because the O did nothing to help. The only good play our sorry ass qb made was a tackle after he threw it to the other team. I still contend that LSU's D was waaaaaay better than theirs.

Correct, you should never fire a coach, no matter how poor a job he is doing. You should just suffer the consequences.

It's not like there is a lot of money riding on this. Or that your own job could be in jeopardy eventually.

I'm talking in generalities, not applying it to LSU specifically.
