Hotel reservations need to be made I know if we lose to Ole Miss and Arky we would be out, but would a loss to Arky alone (which isn't going to happen) possibly knock us out? That would leave us, Bama, and Arky with one loss each...each to one another. I know it goes to the highest rated team in the BCS unless they are within 5 spots of one another...but that is the part that confuses me...the whole five spots rule. Bottom line...even with a loss to Arky (which isn't going to happen) is there any way we don't go to Atlanta?
There is a way due to tie-breaker rules. So, no, our ticket to Atlanta hasn't been punched yet. Want to get assured of Atlanta? Pull for the Vols to knock off Arkansas and for Bama to still be all butt-hurt from last week and trip up vs Miss St and/or Auburn.
There are other members that could explain it better, but something along the lines of: If all 3 are tied, highest BCS position goes but if both are within 5 spots of one another, the head-to-head winner of the two goes. Put it this way....if we lose to Arkansas, the odds are NOT in our favor I don't believe.
Gutless if you don't book it right away in Georgia ... I won't waste my money on LSU stomping Georgia's arse in Mylanta I reserved my tickets to the BCSCG before LSU played Bama and I've got 6 primo tickets in the Dome I'm glad the team doesn't have your "nads" ... You have no balls if you don't book right away!
There's no worries what so ever, we'll roll ole piss and the razor rash, then stomp the dawns again. This team is on a mission and will not be denied. Miles has their focus where it needs to be... Go ahead and book them reservations.
If Arkansas wins, the voters won't be able to place them above Bama, who they lost to by 24 points. If LSU loses close, LSU is going to the SEC CG. Our computer polls will be the strongest with the Oregon win.
