The funniest thing around Lafayette is the whole "If you don't support UL, move to Baton Rouge"...

Just ridiculous. Now that they've beaten K-State their fans are seriously thinking they have a shot at LSU.

For me it's as simple as always cheering for Louisiana first, no matter what school is playing, or what their name is, was, or will be in the future.

I am thrilled at the fact that ULL beat K-State this weekend, and was at the Texas A&M game in the 96 when they beat A&M 29-22.

That being said LSU always comes first!

LSU doesn't want any part of Cajun Field, where ULL is undefeated this year. LSU is so lucky to get this one at home.

    PHEW!

I'm glad they beat K-State. What happened to that program? It makes the matchup seem a little more exciting since they're 2-0. And I do pull for ULL when they're not playing LSU. Their fans are also either bigger LSU fans or hate LSU with passion. I don't really get that. That would be like us hating UL Monroe or somthing. It doesn't make much sense because we don't really have a big rivalry with ULL or anything and don't play that often.

I'm never in favor of blowing any team off and always like to believe that any team can win a game if everything falls into place on a particular night. But with that said, I think in terms of how the series has gone, losing to them would basically be up there with the biggest upsets in the history of college football. Why? Because of this stat which I saw and personally think is one of the most AMAZING stats I've ever seen in my life:

In 22 previous games against the Tigers, the Cajuns have been outscored 988-9.

Astonishing. How is that possible? You would think they would have at least scored some points under the "$hit happens" rule. By the law of odds, you would think that the one miracle game where they puts some points up and challenge us is coming. Maybe it will be Saturday.

Speaking of USL, I'm liking the One Game at a Time graphic at the top of the forum today.

I would have totally agreed with you until their fans acted like total douche bags in the baseball series a few years back. Now I have no use for them. They will always be second rate and everyone's rent-a-win school.
