Maybe I missed it or I'm in the wrong forum, but CajunKid and I was looking foward to some pick em. Any word?
I sorta had a feeling last year, that it might be the final year of pick 'em. I asked the week before game one and it was sorta thrown together and weekly updates were slow in coming. I'm not complaining, I know it's a lot of work to keep it going.
It's not a WHOLE lot of work though takes commitment to certain times to post games of the week, etc. The biggest problem I had when I did it was peple not following procedures. Posting picks after deadline, putting weekly total and not overall or vice versa. It'd be fun to do it against the spread. Makes dang near any game you throw up on the board a toss up, theoretically.
I've thrown one together on one of my sites if you guys want to play around. It's not so much of "who's right and who's wrong" but who has the most money at the end of the season. Right now, you'd only be down one week. I've got one up right now about the Washington game this weekend, along with other games covering the weekend.
Just saw this when looking to bump it for any questions since we're going to have one. Thank you all the same. Anyone interested who has any questions, bombs-away.
I copy/paste each person's picks on a word document and print them so I can count wins/losses. I can email the list on an attached word document if anyone wants to print them out and follow as the games unfold Saturday. It makes it fun. If you're interested send me your email addy in a pm.
