Supposedly Rutgers, Michigan State, Miss. State, Stanford and Rutgers are his favorites. I think LSU will make a big run for him with two other qb's (Sharpley and Ryan P) going elsewhere, but it can be tough to get a kid from the North to come down to a Deep Southern school. Rutgers is really going after him and they are doing better with in-state recruits.

I'd bet that if he wants warm weather he goes to Stanford if doesn't want Rutgers he'll go to Michigan State. You rarely hear about a Northern kid going to a Deep Southern school. The florida schools do allright with them, but no way in hell he goes to Miss. State. Mauck was an exception since he committed to Nick back when he was at Michigan State. Guys like Weinke from Minnesota went to FSU.

Domenic Natale headed down to LSU this weekend hoping to reel in the scholarship that would be the final piece to his recruiting puzzle. The Hun School quarterback already had offers from his other 4 favorites: Rutgers, Michigan State, Mississippi State and Stanford.

The 10th best player out of New Jersey. Not quite a boom state for putting out great football players and he is only 10th best?

And he is small and kinda slow.

NJ is actually pretty good with HS football players. You just don't hear about it in SEC country, but all Big East schools, Maryland and some ACC schools, PSU, Michigan State, Wisconsin all keep an eye on NJ. As does Notre Dame, Florida State, and Miami. Rutgers got an OL to choose them over Miami a few weeks ago.

I can't give you a list now, but for example Tyrell Dortch of hoboken, NJ afew years back picked Michigan State over Florida State.

If you have a lot of time on your hands check out the rosters of the big ten schools and the big east and acc schools and you'll see NJ players.
