Any chance we land a FB this year?

I think Theriot plays FB if we land another LB in this class (good chance). If not, I think he starts off at LB but very well could move to FB later.

 

Theriot will play either LB or safety. Probably LB. LSU is trying to convince Michael Abernathy to commit. I think there is a good chance he will but not much is coming out about him. I thought Bama had grabbed his attention, but now I think LSU still has a genuine shot at landing him.

Peveto has thoughts of him in the safety position, but probably will not happen. We need linebackers.

I realize he has issues but that can be dealt with. A lot of times maturity solves the problem. But it is a concern. It will be interesting to see what he does.

 

Actually, I believe lots of coaches like to take on a "project" here and there. Competitors like challenges. And it can be very rewarding for both parties. Not saying that's the case here, just in general.
