Is this guy a class act or what!?!? To be where he is, having endured what he has in as short a time as he's been here, YET be such a great teammate to the guy that bumped him. He seems sincerely trying to help. To be up and even trying says a lot. I'm not saying he should be our QB but he is definitely a fine young man, which- at the end of the day- is much more important.
I agree with your comments, but Harris is only going to learn under the gun against opponents like Auburn. Be prepared to take some losses. Lots of 'em.
I agree and it's a matter of necessity but throwing a kid into a fire can get them burned too. All I'm saying is that it's far from ideal.
I think he's smart enough to recognize that Les is asking him to make chicken salad. I'm not sure he could do it if he had Emeril helping him. Like I said, get prepared for a long, long season.
Yes, I've been saying that too. This year I'll have to take enjoyment in our fans in their fire drill.
Why does a quarterback get credit for doing what he's getting a very valuable scholarship to do? What makes him a class act? Not being a pouty baby when someone outplays him (tonight notwithstanding)? Other position players who are backups or third stringers or get demoted never get credit for handling benching by being called a class act. Why aren't the 4 running backs who split carries and have great attitudes and support one another no matter who gets the most carries or gets the TD carry revered as being class acts?
You really think "other position players" are under the same scrutiny? Dumb ass with no class...fuck off.
